As I Think In My Heart, So Am I

As the Christopher that I am, I embody a proud husband, father, lover, fighter, musician, and artist.  Life should be enjoyed to it’s fullest while we still draw breath.  There is lack and there is excess, but balance is key. Our family strives to live purposefully and meaningfully every day; even when that just means playing on the floor.  I am accepting of most anyone, but cannot stand to see others mistreated.  I am proud of the country we live in; it may not be perfect, but we all reap the benefits of the freedoms we are afforded. If you don’t like it, there are plenty of others to choose from…also, it’s not “raising awareness” to incessantly communicate all of the dysfunctions of our American society, it’s just bitching…and it gets old! Remember, you are a part of it too!  I love Jesus and He loves me and you…find Him today!  And as far as politics are concerned…I keep to a broader standard…I don’t discuss it at the dinner table, much less anywhere else!  But enough about me, tell me about yourselves!  And, as always, enjoy the journey!

Disdain:
Clutter, Noise (aka. rap), When People Call it “Japanime” or “Japanimation”, Trends and Labels (i.e. Fregan, Green, Foodie, International…just be yourself, you don’t have to join a support group to feel justified about how you feel you should live), and of course, Fat-free Turkey Bacon (God made it right; no need to F with or try to “improve” the real thing)!
